Most hotel software stops at the front desk. This carries on through housekeeping, the weekly roster, the attendance register and month-end payroll — so the numbers agree with each other because they come from the same place.
Each step feeds the next. Nothing is keyed in twice.
Departments, shifts with timings and colours, and a weekly pattern per staff member.
Staff sign in to their own portal and mark attendance. Late minutes are measured against the shift they were rostered on.
Daily task boards per department, with recurring duties that generate themselves each morning.
Payable days, overtime and deductions computed from attendance. Payslips out.
Present, absent, half day, leave, weekly off and holiday — because a hotel roster is never just "in" or "out". Check-in and check-out times are recorded, late minutes are computed against the rostered shift rather than a fixed office hour, and overtime is counted in hours.
Basic, HRA, transport allowance, other allowances, PF percentage and professional tax, held against each staff record along with bank account, IFSC and PAN. Month-end computes payable days from the attendance register, adds overtime, applies deductions, and produces a payslip the employee can download from their own portal.
The board tells you what is done. The carry-forward count tells you what keeps not getting done.

Jobs that happen every Tuesday, or every day, generate themselves each morning. Nobody has to remember.
A task that rolls into tomorrow is counted. The jobs that roll three times are the ones worth a conversation.
Scored on completion and punctuality, banded, with written review notes kept against the record.
Separate login. Roster, attendance punch, task list, payslips, profile and password — nothing else.
Who changed what, when, and from which IP address. Useful long before it is ever needed.
“The roster and payroll finally agree with each other. Month-end used to take two days; it now takes an afternoon.”
The staff module is included in every plan. There is nothing extra to buy.
