Commission-free direct bookings

A booking engine on your own website

Guests book on your domain, pay into your own gateway account, and the reservation lands in the same calendar as your walk-ins. There is no commission, because there is nobody in the middle.

What a 15% commission actually costs

The arithmetic most owners do once and never forget.

₹4,500Average room night
12Rooms sold a night through an aggregator
15Per cent commission
₹29,55,000Handed over in a year

Move even a fifth of those nights to your own site and the licence has paid for itself several times over. Every night after that is yours.

Availability

A date is never offered that you cannot honour

Each room type carries a unit count. When a guest picks dates, the engine counts what is already committed for those nights and only offers what is genuinely left. Walk-ins entered at the desk reduce the same pool, so the website and the front desk cannot disagree.

  • Per-room-type inventory, checked live at the moment of booking
  • Rates that vary by room type, with a strike-through price when you discount
  • Offers with a validity date that expire on their own
Payments

The money goes straight to your account

Connect your own Razorpay or PayU account. Guests pay by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet, and the booking is only confirmed after the gateway's cryptographic signature verifies on your server — so a forged confirmation cannot create a free reservation.

  • Your gateway account, your settlement cycle, your money
  • Card details never touch your server, as the RBI's tokenisation rules require
  • GST applied at your rate and shown in the confirmation
  • Deposit now, balance at the desk — or the whole amount up front

Keep listing on the aggregators if they work for you — they fill rooms you would not otherwise sell. This is about the guests who already know your name and were going to book anyway.

What the guest sees

A site that looks like your property, not a template with your logo dropped on it.

Room pages that sell

Photography, size, bed type, view, occupancy and a feature list — with a gallery per room type.

Guest accounts

Email and mobile verified by OTP, stay history, saved details and one-tap rebooking.

Confirmations that arrive

Email and SMS on booking, each logged with its delivery status so a dispute takes seconds to settle.

You can see what happened

Which pages they read, where they came from, what hour they browse, and where they dropped off.

Dining, facilities, offers

Restaurants with cuisine and hours, facilities with icons, and offers with an expiry date.

Editable without a developer

Every heading, paragraph and image on the public site is editable from the admin console.

“We cancelled two subscriptions and a channel-manager contract in the first month. The direct booking engine alone paid for the licence.”
