Before you buy
On your hosting, under your domain, against your own MySQL database. We give you the installer and the licence key; you keep the data.
Each installation is licensed to one domain. The licence key and secret key you receive after payment unlock the system on that domain and entitle you to updates and support for the licence period.
Your admin console starts showing a renewal reminder a month ahead, and there is a grace period after the expiry date. Renew from your customer account and the same key keeps working — nothing is reinstalled.
No. Never. Guests pay you directly through your own payment gateway account.
Yes. Raise a request from your account or message the support desk and we will re-point the licence, usually the same day.
Online through Razorpay — cards, UPI, netbanking or wallets. A GST invoice is issued automatically. Bank transfer can be arranged for annual licences; ask the sales desk.
