For independent hotels and resorts

Hotel management software for properties that answer to nobody

Twenty rooms or two hundred, one property or five — the front desk, the website, housekeeping, the staff roster and the accounts all run from one system on your own server, with no commission on a single booking.

The four systems most independent hotels are running

And the seams between them, which is where the money and the arguments leak out.

An aggregator that owns the guest

They take a fifth of the tariff and keep the email address, so the guest who loved the place books through them again next year and you pay again.

A booking form that is really an email

Somebody reads it in the morning, checks a register, replies, and hopes the room is still there. It usually is. Until the weekend it is not.

A register, a diary and three spreadsheets

Occupancy lives in one, salaries in another, and the housekeeping list is on a whiteboard that gets wiped at the end of the shift.

Software rented by the room

The monthly bill grows with the property, which is a strange way to be charged for the same screens you were using last year.

Nobody knows why bookings dipped

There is no record of which pages guests read, where they came from, or where they abandoned the enquiry.

Month-end takes two days

Attendance is reconciled against a roster nobody updated, then retyped into a payroll sheet.

What you get instead

One system, one licence, installed on your own domain.

A front desk that holds the truth

Room types with unit counts, live availability, walk-ins and online bookings in the same calendar, and rates that vary by room type and season.

A website that sells rooms

Choose from eight complete designs, each with room pages, dining, facilities, offers, gallery, reviews and FAQs — all editable without a developer.

Payments into your own account

Razorpay and PayU, confirmed only after the signature verifies on your server. GST applied at your rate, invoices issued automatically.

Housekeeping that clears

Task boards per department and shift, recurring duties generated each morning, and a carry-forward count that shows what keeps slipping.

Roster, attendance and payroll

A weekly roster, six attendance states, late marks against the rostered shift, overtime, and payroll computed from the register itself.

Numbers you can act on

Occupancy and revenue alongside website analytics — traffic channels, top pages, the hours guests browse, and where enquiries are abandoned.

“We cancelled two subscriptions and a channel-manager contract in the first month. The direct booking engine alone paid for the licence.”

Running more than one property?

The Enterprise licence covers up to five properties, with data migration from whatever you are on today, a custom theme, a named account manager and a quarterly health check. Each property still keeps its own installation, its own domain and its own database.

Compare the plans

Run the property, not the software

One licence covers every room, every desk and every staff member. Nothing per booking, ever.
